Amanda Dick brings a wealth of diverse experience to her role as the new Business Development Manager at Charlton Property Management. With a career spanning various industries both in New Zealand and internationally, Amanda has honed her skills in sales, account management, business development, internal communications, and PMO contractor roles within complex business transformation programs. Her extensive industry experience includes FMCG, Telecoms, ICT, Service Management, Utilities, and Insurance. Additionally, Amanda has successfully managed several residential renovation projects in the UK and NZ and has been a residential landlord in London for nearly two decades.

One of Amanda's standout achievements was competing in the 2006 London Triathlon, the largest triathlon event in the world at the time. She impressively finished 32nd in the women’s Individual Sprint division, showcasing her determination and competitive spirit. Amanda is driven by the myriad opportunities to create win-win solutions for housing providers, service providers, and tenants in a constantly evolving landscape. She thrives on the variety and dynamism that her role offers, ensuring that no two days are ever the same.
