Hi I'm Fred!

Growing up in Glen Innes in our two-storey home where my friends at Pt England Primary School thought it was the coolest house, but I was always ashamed as it represented how poor we were. My friends never judged; it would only play on my own mind that we lived in a government-funded housing New Zealand home.

Raised by a solo mother with three children 8 and 3 years old and 6 months we were forced to move into an emergency house in my last years of primary school. I've learnt that my past no matter how bad it may have been doesn't define who I am or my future and I strive to instil this into my children. From this lesson, I ensure that my family gives back to our community where we can whether it’s financially or our time and help.

Fast forward 30 years after 5 years working for a government agency, I finally found a career I love, and that is Property Management!!

From starting my career in 2007, I've formed some great relationships with Landlords, Tenants, Contractors, Property Managers and Adjudicators! Working for five different Real Estate companies, each time I grew my confidence to prove my value in the industry.

Today we have an award-winning team who for the last year have placed in three of the top six categories regionally. This is my story so far, and I’m looking forward to the future with my team!
